For late check-in, the following fees apply:

- EUR 50 for arrivals between 19:00 to 22:00

- EUR 100 for arrivals between 22:00 to 00:00.

For late check out, the following fees apply:

- EUR 50 between 6:00 to 8:00

- EUR 100 between 4:00 to 6:00

Chauffeur service is available upon request at an extra cost Please inform Villa Serenity in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
